Dick Fregulia's Bill Evans Tribute Trio, featuring Piro Patton on bass and Bill Moody on bass, will play a set of Bill Evans repertoire followed by a screening of the new feature-length documentary film Bill Evans Time Remembered. The Back Room is an atmospheric, high ceilinged performance space in downtown Berkeley close to the Shattuck Avenue Bart Station. Although the venue serves no food or alcoholic drinks, audience members are allowed to bring their own. There is a Trader Joe's one block down University.
